Video: Deputy rushes into burning home, rescues people inside

Two people are in critical condition after their home caught fire in Ormond Beach. Body-worn camera video from the responding deputy shows him running down the street and into the home engulfed in flames. The deputy had a flashlight and kicked the door in at the home to get to the first person and pull her to safety. “Ma’am, keep breathing, keep breathing, sweetheart,” the deputy says after pulling the woman from the home. ORMOND BEACH, Fla. —
Two people are in critical condition after their home caught fire in Ormond Beach.
Body-worn camera video from the responding deputy shows him running down the street and into the home engulfed in flames.
The deputy had a flashlight and kicked the door in at the home to get to the first person and pull her to safety.
