JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Mayor Donna Deegan and Related Group developers are hosting a groundbreaking of Southbank Residences, a 25-story mixed-use development along the St. Johns River in Downtown on Wednesday.
Officials said Southbank Residences represents about $203 million in private investments. It is 395 mixed-income homes across two towers on the Southbank Riverwalk, marking the first new luxury high-rise on the Jacksonville riverfront in more than a decade.
