Shelby Parkway Median ProjectThe Cape Coral City Council will also consider whether to award a $341,000 contract to P&T Lawn & Tractor Service for the beautification of Shelby Parkway medians, aiming to improve roadway safety and aesthetics. City staff members were directed by the City Transportation Advisory Committee in February 2025 to identify unimproved curbed medians for foundational landscape improvements. The medians on Shelby Parkway and Del Prado Boulevard South were selected for upgrades, which include the installation of trees, palms, irrigation systems, and St. Augustine sod.Cape Coral City HallThe city says it also needs repairs to City Hall storefronts damaged by hurricanes.
