TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Florida Highway Patrol is reporting multiple crashes that unfolded within minutes of each other on I-10 eastbound.
Traffic cameras show one car flipped on its roof on the shoulder of I-10 near mile marker 201, and several cars are pulled off to the side. It remains unclear how many vehicles were involved in that crash and how many people were injured.
A few miles down the road, near mile marker 199, FHP reported another crash that happened at about 6:12 p.m. It is unknown if anyone was hurt in the crash.
Meanwhile, near mile marker 203, FHP reported another collision on I-10 eastbound. Troopers are saying the roadway is clear near that crash site.
Heavy rainstorms washed through north Tallahassee on Wednesday evening, but it is unclear if the storms contributed to the collisions.
