PORT ST. LUCIE − A 49-year-old man on a scooter died Oct. 31 after being struck by a vehicle, according to Port St. Lucie Police.
In a 6:54 a.m. social media post, police stated investigators were at Southeast Crosstown Parkway and Southeast Sandia Drive regarding the crash. The location is just east of Southeast Crosstown Parkway and Southwest Airoso Boulevard.
The man on the motor scooter was taken with what were described as “severe injuries” to a local hospital where he died.
