A Cape Coral woman is in custody after deputies with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office say she hit a victim’s car with her own and let her passenger throw a brick at the victim’s car.According to an arrest report, deputies responded to calls about an incident earlier in the day on Monday. The victim told deputies that she was travelling in a car with her four children when she went to a 7-Eleven gas station in North Fort Myers.The report says the victim saw her ex-friend at the gas station, Kamani Cash, 19. The victim told deputies they were on bad terms because of a mutual acquaintance. When the victim tried to leave the gas station she told deputies that she noticed she was being followed by Cash in her Chevy Malibu.As the two travelled to the intersection of North Tamiami Trail and Bayshore Road, the victim stopped at a red light before Cash deliberately hit her with her Chevy, the report says. The victim then turned around to go south, stopped again at a red light and was hit a second time by Cash, the report says.It was after the second collision, deputies say, that a passenger in Cash’s car got out and threw a brick at the passenger side of the victim’s windshield, shattering a portion of it. The report says Cash turned herself in at the Lee County Jail.
