Cape Coral City Council on May 20 approved a $197,636 Business Infrastructure Grant for Incredible Bank, a commercial bank at 2524 Liberty Park Drive. The 2,583-square-foot facility is owned by Liberty Health Park LLC and managed by Aileron Holdings. Aileron’s other Cape Coral projects include Midtown Apartments, Uptown Apartments and the Atrium assisted living facility, city officials said. The bank is expected to maintain six full-time and one part-time position, with an average hourly wage of $35. The city’s Business Infrastructure Grants are designed to support growth in targeted industries, including those in the business and financial services sector. The grant is based on 10% of a project’s total estimated construction cost.
