• Police were called at 9:10 p.m. Friday to a disturbance in the 800 block of West College Avenue involving a woman trying to break into an apartment. The woman left before officers arrived, according to a police report.

• Police were called at 7:54 p.m. Friday to a disturbance in the 700 block of North Main Street involving people throwing trash out of a vacant house. Those involved were removed, according to a police report.

• Police were called at 4:19 p.m. Friday to a disturbance in the 600 block of North Main Street involving a man stumbling in the street. He was taken to Jacksonville Memorial Hospital for evaluation, according to a police report.

• Police were called at 12:43 p.m. Friday to a disturbance in the 800 block of South Diamond Street. Those involved were separated, according to a police report.

• Police were called at 11:05 a.m. Friday to the 100 block of Diamond Court for a disturbance involving a woman who would not leave after being removed twice earlier in the morning. The 36-year-old woman, listed as homeless, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, resisting a peace officer and aggravated battery after she was accused of striking an officer while being arrested, according to a police report.

• Police were called at 5:19 a.m. Friday to the 100 block of Diamond Court for a disturbance involving a woman who would not leave. She left when officers arrived. She returned about an hour later, according to a police report, and officers were called again. She left when police arrived.

• An 18-year-old Beardstown woman was cited on a charge of failing to reduce speed after her vehicle and one being driven by a 26-year-old Auburn woman collided at Illinois Route 104 and West Morton Avenue about 6:37 p.m. Friday.

• A 39-year-old Jacksonville man was cited on charges of failing to yield and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after his car and one being driven by a 36-year-old South Jacksonville man collided at 10:53 a.m. Friday at South Church and West Chambers streets. The 39-year-old man was taken to Jacksonville Memorial Hospital for a minor head injury, according to a police report, and a passenger in the other vehicle suffered a minor scratch but declined treatment.

• An electric bicycle was stolen from the 800 block of Hardin Avenue, according to a report filed at 2:09 p.m. Saturday. It was later returned, according to a police report.

• A phone charger was stolen from Jiffi Stop, 841 W. Morton Ave., according to a report filed at 1:14 a.m. Saturday.

• A bicycle was stolen from the 1400 block of West Walnut Street, according to a report filed at 3:05 p.m. Friday.

• Police were called at 8:29 p.m. Saturday to South Mauvaisterre Street and East College Avenue for a report of a man lying face down on the sidewalk with his pants pulled down. He was taken to Jacksonville Memorial Hospital for treatment, according to a police report.
