Florida’s newest Michelin Star restaurants will be revealed this week.
The Michelin Guide will host a live ceremony at 2 p.m. on May 28 to reveal which restaurants throughout the Sunshine State have either earned or maintained a coveted Michelin Star.
This year, the guide is covering the entire state of Florida for the first time. When the Michelin Guide first came to the state in 2022, it covered only Miami, Orlando and Tampa. It then expanded in 2025 to cover Fort Lauderdale, The Palm Beaches and St. Pete-Clearwater.
Right now, Tampa has five Michelin Star restaurants. Lilac, Rocca, Ebbe, Koya and Kōsen have one star each.
Tampa also has four restaurants with Bib Gourmand awards. The Bib Gourmand — named after Bibendum, the big, white Michelin Man — is awarded to restaurants that offer “exceptionally good food at moderate prices.” Those are Psomi, Streetlight Taco, Rooster and the Till and Gorkhali Kitchen.
Bib Gourmands will also be awarded to Florida restaurants during Thursday’s ceremony.
