TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Today’s something good is from a galaxy far, far away!
The Mandalorian and Grogu made a special appearance at a Tallahassee Texas Roadhouse for a “Dine for Literacy” event, surprising families as they walked through the doors.
More good news:
The Read Like a Hero Community Literacy initiative put on the event, focusing on making reading fun, interactive and memorable for kids.
Every child who came out received a Mandalorian and Grogu–inspired toy, along with a free copy of “Grogu’s Journey.”

Families packed the restaurant, taking photos, meeting the characters and celebrating reading in a unique hands-on way.
