The City of Miami illuminated the world’s tallest digital US flag on Sunday, May 24, to mark Memorial Day.
Footage captured by Bryan Glazer shows the 700-foot-tall Paramount Miami World Center Tower transformed into a gigantic US flag.
According to reports, to display was illuminated on Sunday and Monday evenings from 8pm to midnight.
Daniel Kodsi, CEO of Royal Palm Companies, said the display was the “world’s most-technologically advanced LED animation system,” consisting of five miles of wires connected to 13,400 light emitting diodes, which are embedded in 10,000 panes of glass.
