Daytona Beach residents now have a way to participate in the future of medicine.

K2 Medical Research, a dedicated clinical research site led by Principal Investigator Dr. Joshua Eisenhut, is actively enrolling community members in a range of clinical trials — offering access to new, investigational treatments at no cost while contributing to

Cardiometabolic Health: The clinic is enrolling participants in studies focused on metabolic- associated steatohepatitis (MASH, formerly known as NASH), a progressive liver condition linked to obesity and metabolic syndrome, as well as trials aimed at managing cholesterol levels. These studies are especially relevant as rates of metabolic disease continue to rise across Florida and the nation.

Pain Management: For residents living with chronic pain, K2 Medical Research offers trials investigating new approaches to pain relief, providing an alternative for those who have not found adequate relief through existing treatments.

Psychiatric and Behavioral Health: K2 Medical Research is also conducting trials in the area of substance use disorders, including studies for alcohol use disorder and opioid use disorder.
