ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A deadly crash is causing traffic delays going westbound on the Howard Frankland Bridge Tuesday morning.
The Florida Highway Patrol first reported the crash just around 4:30 a.m. on the westbound side of the Howard Frankland Bridge heading into Pinellas County.
