A man is facing multiple charges after Palm Beach police say he was found naked in a resort pool and refused to leave when ordered.According to an arrest report, officers responded on May 22 to 2 North Breakers Row after security reported a man trespassing in the pool area. Security staff told police the man, later identified as 45-year-old James Gervasio, was seen completely nude in the pool and would not leave when asked. When officers arrived, they also ordered Gervasio to get out of the pool, but he refused multiple commands, leading officers to physically remove and arrest him. Police said he resisted without violence during the encounter. During the investigation, officers said they found a vial containing a white rock-like substance that tested positive for crack cocaine, along with a pipe used to smoke narcotics, among his belongings. Investigators also reported finding items believed to have been taken from a private cabana on the property. Surveillance video showed Gervasio entering the property from the beach, going into a cabana and later returning to the pool area before security made contact, according to the report. A man is facing multiple charges after Palm Beach police say he was found naked in a resort pool and refused to leave when ordered.
According to an arrest report, officers responded on May 22 to 2 North Breakers Row after security reported a man trespassing in the pool area.
Security staff told police the man, later identified as 45-year-old James Gervasio, was seen completely nude in the pool and would not leave when asked.
When officers arrived, they also ordered Gervasio to get out of the pool, but he refused multiple commands, leading officers to physically remove and arrest him. Police said he resisted without violence during the encounter.
