FSU baseball is back in the NCAA Tournament, earning the No. 10 overall seed and hosting the Tallahassee Regional for the third straight season. They are joined by the No. 2-seeded Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, No. 3-seeded Northern Illinois Huskies, and No. 4-seeded St. John’s Red Storm in the regional, as all four teams are hoping to earn their way to the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska.
While FSU is the No. 1 seed in the regional, it won’t be easy for them to take care of business. Coastal Carolina is an extremely dangerous team and has one of the most talented pitchers in the country in Cameron Flukey. That has caused Baseball America to put the Seminoles on upset watch. However, two other experts think the Seminoles will be making it to the CWS.
FSU and St. John’s are set to open the double-elimination tournament Friday at 3 p.m. ET before Coastal Carolina and Northern Illinois face off at 8 p.m. ET. None of the teams have announced their pitching plans for the tournament, and you can view the full schedule for the tournament here.
Here is a look at the initial odds from DraftKings for each of the teams to win the Tallahassee Regional, as well as a prediction for which team will advance to the Super Regional round.

The Seminoles are the No. 1 seed for a reason and deserve to be favored, even if Coastal Carolina is a dangerous No. 2 seed. Not only has FSU been dominant at home all season, but they are 6-0 in the postseason under head coach Link Jarrett in Tallahassee Regional games.
