TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Searing summer temperatures aren’t too far away, which is why the Kearney Center is collecting donations now to help combat the summer heat.
As part of their “Beat the Heat” initiative, the center is encouraging the community to help by donating heat-relief items such as bottled water, sunscreen and fans for the next few weeks.

For those interested in donating, donations can be dropped off at the Kearney Center.
