Four people were hospitalized after suffering heat-related illnesses at Opa-locka Executive Airport on Thursday, officials said.
Miami-Dade Aviation Department officials said there was an air conditioning malfunction on a plane and that some of the passengers were affected by the heat.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said the patients would be taken to a local hospital.
Aerial footage from Chopper 6 showed multiple ambulances and authorities next to a GlobalX plane.
