GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Miami Hurricanes baseball team (38-18, 16-14 ACC) will make its 51st NCAA Tournament appearance this weekend as Miami travels to Condron Family Ballpark for the 2026 NCAA Gainesville Regional, hosted by the Florida Gators.
Miami enters the NCAA Tournament as the No. 2 seed in the Gainesville Regional following a run to the ACC Tournament semifinals in Charlotte. The Hurricanes defeated 12th-seeded Stanford and fifth-seeded Boston College before falling to top-seeded Georgia Tech.
The Hurricanes rank third in NCAA Division I baseball history with 51 NCAA Tournament appearances and will travel to Gainesville for regional play for the sixth time in program history.

The Hurricanes reached the ACC Tournament semifinals for the second time under head coach J.D. Arteaga.
Miami freshmen, powered by Alonzo Alvarez, Dylan Dubovik and Gabriel Milano, accounted for 17 of the Hurricanes’ 36 hits during ACC Tournament play. The young Hurricanes have Miami freshmen have also combined to bat .359 (37-for-103) with seven home runs and 18 RBI over the Hurricanes’ last 10 games.
The Hurricanes won six consecutive ACC series during the regular season, tying the program’s longest conference series streak since 2014.
