TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The radar is quieter this morning, but there are still plenty of clouds in the area, which is making it difficult for some to see the micromoon this morning.
Clouds will break this morning and lead to a very warm morning. If you and the kids are going to be outside this morning, be near a pool and stay hydrated.
It is going to be another very warm day, but the humidity is making it feel downright sticky again. Highs reach near 90, but it will FEEL like the mid to upper 90s.
Scattered rain and storms will develop again this afternoon. Many have been fortunate to get some good downpours, while others have not been so lucky. The best chance of rain today will be away from the beaches north of Florida Highway 20 to U.S. 84 in South Georgia. But storms could pop anywhere this afternoon.

If you are planning to boat or head to the beach, conditions are not bad at the coast. Partly sunny with highs in the mid 80s. A southwest/onshore wind of 10 to 20 knots. 1 to 2 foot waves. The inland waters a little choppy today.
Overall, a decent day for boating. For swimmers, it is best to do the pool today as the rip current risk remains high.(WCTV)
Red flags are still flying along the Gulf coast, so swimming in the Gulf waters is not advised, especially without a lifeguard on duty.
Scattered rain on Monday and Tuesday:
The weather pattern stays persistent Monday and Tuesday as rain chances remain each afternoon.
On Monday, the rain chances look highest for the Big Bend. Most of South Georgia should remain rain-free. Hot and humid in the afternoon.
Scattered Showers and storms, with the best chance of rain along and south of I-10 on Monday.(WCTV)
More hot and humid for your Tuesday. Rain chances look rain area-wide, especially in the afternoon. Some extreme downpours and slow movers will lead to some localized flooding.
Scattered Showers and storms are expected to be the most widespread coverage of the next few days.(WCTV)Changes mid-week:
A front starts to pull less humid air into the region, leaving us with some cooler nights and more comfortable daytime highs. This will be a good second half of the week as high pressure settles in and gives the area a break from the much-needed rain and clouds. The quiet weather should stick around for your weekend.
A drier airmass brings less humid air to North Florida and South Georgia midweek.(WCTV)
Hot and humid the next few days, staying near average for early June.(WCTV)
