PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) — Halloween is here, and the ghouls and goblins are out in full force!
The Port St. Lucie Police Department (PSLPD) said, but this year, it seems that one costume even came with a warning: a “Locked Up” inmate outfit that was fitting for an arrest!
According to PSLPD, 18-year-old Jimmie Glover found himself in the Halloween spirit a bit too much on Friday morning.

After leaving a Halloween party, he allegedly got behind the wheel while intoxicated. Unfortunately, that landed him in real handcuffs.
PSLPD is now sending out a friendly reminder: Halloween is all about fun and creativity, but keep it safe! They said they would much rather be called out to admire impressive decorations than to deal with DUI incidents.
