SoFlo Festivals, Fairs & Festivities gives you a monthly look ahead to celebrations throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties. Here’s our list for June, but keep coming back to this post because we’ll continue to add events. Also, prices may not reflect taxes and fees.
Gumball 3000
This 3,000-mile supercar rally — from SoFlo to Mexico — will feature celebrity drivers such as rapper Eve, “Fast & Furious” star Michelle Rodriguez, former soccer player Patrice Evra, electronic dance music artists Deadmau5, Afrojack and Vikkstar. There will also be cars on display and entertainment as part of this Gumball festival. Organizers promise “a surprise global celebrity” will wave the start flag from the porte cochere of the Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood to set more than 100 drivers off on the first stage of Gumball 3000. The kick-off is here, but the rally goes on for six days, traversing Louisiana, Texas and Mexico City.

Festival Repertory Theatre 2026
Florida Atlantic University’s summertime theater and concert series will open with the murder mystery “The Hollow.” The performance festival has scheduled “Little Women: The Musical” in July and two big band concerts (with lindy hop and jitterbug dancers) in August.

Alan Jackson’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere Fest
This first-ever country music festival will bring the likes of Ella Langley, Old Dominion, Clint Black, Dylan Scott, Shenandoah, Allen Stone, John Anderson and Rodney Atkins, as well as Jimmy Buffett‘s Coral Reefer Band (made up of the late singer-songwriter’s touring/recording musicians) and tribute band Jammy Buffet. Of course, Alan Jackson — whose coastal country megahit recorded with Buffett serves as the name of the festival — will take to the stage, as will comedian Dusty Slay and JD Spradlin of Sirius XM’s “Radio Margaritaville,” who will host. Why launch the festival in West Palm Beach? Well, Jackson recorded the music video for “It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere” here, and he used to have a home in the area.

Nights in Northwood Village
This night market event will have vendors offering everything from art and handmade goods to fashion and food. There will also be a soul and blues performance by ReaXtion Band. The event is scheduled for the fourth Friday of every third month.

Caribbean American Heritage Festival
June is National Caribbean American Heritage Month and the city of Pembroke Pines will pay homage with this free family-friendly festival. In addition to reggae, soca and kompa music — from Wayne Wonder, Tricia Lee Kelshall, Devine Songz and more — there will be entertainment from the Lauderhill Steel Ensemble, comedian/mc Nikki Crosby, DJ T-Rex and the Moko Jumbies from the U.S. Virgin Islands. Also, check out the island cuisine, showcases of dry goods, cultural exhibits and interactive experiences, as well as an arts and craft activity presented by the Island Space Caribbean Museum.
