Tuttorosso Pizzeria & Restaurant announced via its Facebook page Monday that it has closed permanently.
Tuttorosso’s was a local, family-owned pizzeria in St. Pete Beach known for hand-tossed pies and cooking traditions from Naples, Italy.
As causes for the closure, the restaurant cited out-of-pocket expenses to repair damages from hurricanes Helene and Milton, and the mounting “financial burden” associated with rebuilding and reopening.
“Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the financial burden of rebuilding has finally caught up with us. With broken hearts, we have made the difficult decision to close Tuttorosso permanently,” the post said.
“While our doors may be closing, the memories we created together will stay with us forever. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of the Tuttorosso family.”
