A motorcyclist who crashed into a hearse outside a mortuary in northwest Miami-Dade has died, officials said.
The incident happened Tuesday outside Angels of Paradise Mortuary in the 2600 block of Northwest 46th Street.
Aerial footage from Chopper 6 showed the motorcycle on the ground next to the hearse that had damage to its driver’s side and a shattered windshield.
Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office officials said the motorcycle rider was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
The rider later died, the sheriff’s office said Wednesday.
Officials haven’t released the motorcycle rider’s identity or any other details about the crash.
