“ Honestly, we like our team,” Weltman added. “We were a game away, and you could say an injury away, from maybe being into the second round, and who knows from there. The East is highly competitive, and these are really good teams. We like our team; I don’t feel like there’s a gun to our head to make these dramatic overhauls. That being said, we’ve shown that if the right situation is there to be aggressive, we will. We also know that we’re going to have some hard choices coming at us in the next year, so we’ll have conversations about getting ahead of those conversations, too.”
