• A 37-year-old Jacksonville woman was arrested at 12:02 a.m. Friday at South Prairie Street and West Beecher Avenue on a Morgan County warrant accusing her of failing to appear in court on a retail theft charge.
• A 41-year-old Jacksonville man was arrested at 10:25 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of South Prairie Street on a theft charge. He was accused of asking to borrow a mop and bucket and then stealing a cellphone, according to a police report.
• A 69-year-old Jacksonville woman was cited on charges of operating on a prohibited roadway and having no windshield. She was on a golf cart that was stopped at Galena Drive and North Westgate Avenue about 10:08 a.m. Thursday, according to a police report.
• A 41-year-old Jacksonville man was arrested at 7:52 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of South Fayette Street on a criminal trespassing charge. He was accused of trying to break into a residence, according to a police report.
• A 17-year-old girl was cited on a charge of following too closely after her vehicle and a motorcycle being driven by a 54-year-old Concord man collided at 4:43 p.m. Thursday at West Morton Avenue and Massey Lane. A passenger on the motorcycle, a 57-year-old Concord woman, was ejected and taken to Jacksonville Memorial Hospital for treatment, according to a police report.
