ORLANDO, Fla. — Opening day of the World Cup is approaching, and a local sports club is going all out to become Orlando’s soccer-viewing destination.
1. Stadium Club is a sports-enthusiasts’ destination inside the Caribe Royale Orlando, an all-suites resort. Right now, the club is prepping for an all-day watch party for the June 11, 2026, World Cup opening ceremonies in Mexico.
2. After that, the sports bar, restaurant, and gaming attraction will have daily coverage with 100 screens, 360-degree viewing, and sound quality that puts you at the center of the action.
“The idea is that you really feel you are inside the stadium,” said club director Geovanny Berrios. “So that’s the energy that we want to bring alive.”
3. Executive Pastry Chef Jessica Bingham and Executive Chef David Hackett are rolling out all kinds of noshes to pay homage to participating countries. Even the grown-up beverages are themed, from Brazilian staples to twists on tequila.
4. This year’s World Cup is the longest in history because the tournament now features 48 teams instead of 32. The final match is on July 19, 2026.
5. Stadium Club has eight pro-level sports simulator bays. These private simulators feature multi-sport technology, allowing you to kick soccer balls, play golf, or try your hand at baseball, football, and hockey.
