“Billy Donovan was kind of this running favorite even before Mosley got fired and that um that only amplified once Jamahl Mosley was fired. Um but I feel like in a way he might have been the safe choice, right? like it it was kind of um concerning the you know aberrant lack of success that he had in Chicago with some decent rosters… Billy Donovan the safe play could be a floor raiser, but I’m not sure the Magic ceiling gets much better. Now, with Sweeney, we don’t know what the Magic’s floor can be, but I certainly believe he can bring the Magic to a higher ceiling than Billy Donovan can just due to his experience.”
