TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Rain chances stay low for the second half of the weekend, but we are looking ahead to better moisture levels next week.
Tonight Through Sunday Night
Another quiet night is ahead across the region. Low temperatures settle in the upper-60s to low-70s under a partly cloudy to mostly clear sky.
The forecast on Sunday is looking very similar to Saturday. For most of us, we stay dry to end the weekend under a mix of Sun and clouds. A stray shower is possible during the afternoon and evening, but the rain chance will stay pretty low. Highs top out in the upper-80s and low-90s.
Again, we are tracking calm conditions for Sunday night. Overnight lows bottom out in the low-70s under a partly to mostly cloudy sky.
Starting The Work Week
Clouds are looking a little pesky to kick off the work week.
Highs on Monday reach the low-90s under a partly sunny sky. An isolated shower or thunderstorm is possible, but most are looking dry and warm. Lows fall into the low-70s.
We should see a few more of those random, pop-up showers and storms on Tuesday. However, the rain coverage is still not very widespread. Temperatures hover in the upper-80s under a partly sunny sky. Lows fall into the low-70s.
Extended Forecast
Wednesday is looking partly cloudy and warm. Highs reach the low-90s. An isolated downpour is possible, but most are looking dry. Lows dip into the upper-60s and low-70s.
Looking ahead, we may see an increase in moisture and rain chances for the second half of the week.
A few showers and storms are possible on Thursday under a mix of Sun and clouds. Highs hover in the low-90s, with lows in the low-70s.
Scattered rain chances look to return for Friday and next weekend. Temperatures remain in the upper-80s under a partly sunny sky. Lows bottom out in the mid-70s.
