ST. PETE, Fla. — St. Petersburg Fire Rescue (SPFR) said a car crashed into a home and caught fire on Monday morning.
SPFR said a Honda Accord crashed into a house and caught fire on 14th Avenue South at around 3 a.m. on June 8.
Officials said the residents of the home were able to evacuate and were uninjured.
The home sustained significant structural damage, per the report.
SPFR said the driver of the car fled the scene on foot and has not been identified by law enforcement.
