A Delray Beach man is facing federal charges after authorities said child pornography was found on his cell phone and electronics when he landed in Fort Lauderdale.
Krisztian Kovacs, 45, was arrested Saturday on charges of possession of child pornography and transportation of child pornography, records showed.
According to a criminal complaint, Kovacs had arrived at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on a flight from the Dominican Republic when a search of his devices revealed child sexual abuse material.
The material included photos of underage girls and videos of Kovacs engaging in sexual activities with minor girls, the complaint said.
Also found were messages in which he bragged about having sex with a 16-year-old, the complaint said.
Kovacs was taken into federal custody.
