Officers and a concertgoer they were trying to kick out of the Kaseya Center fell down several rows during an NBA YoungBoy concert in Miami on Monday night, authorities said.

Police said it was around 10:15 p.m. when they were called to handle fans who were not complying with arena rules. While a sergeant was talking to one group, an officer was talking with a different fan.

The sergeant said that when the officer turned away, “the subject began dancing against her and made physical contact with her backside.”

The sergeant pushed the man, later identified as Marcus Antwon Reed Jr., 23, of Riviera Beach, and told him he needed to come with him. Reed allegedly refused.

Video shows two officers struggling to move Reed, and then two more officers respond. Authorities deployed a taser, but it was ineffective, an arrest report states.

At one point, police say Reed pushed an officer in the chest, then he and two officers fell “approximately 15 rows.”

He allegedly continued to resist until he was handcuffed and removed from the area.

Reed faces a charge of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence.
