Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer has been in public office long enough to have weathered hurricanes, controversies, and crises, but nothing comes close to the call that came just before 3 a.m. on June 12, 2016. In an interview with News 6, he recalled the lessons he learned and the changes that were made in the ten years since the Pulse Nightclub shooting.
