June 11, 2026 – The City of St. Petersburg’s Second Saturday sandbag distribution event takes place this Saturday (June 13) at the Pavement Traffic Operations Building, 1744 9th Avenue N., from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The City encourages residents to pick up sandbags before a storm threatens the community. Sandbags are available on the second Saturday of the month at the year-round sandbag distribution location at the Pavement and Traffic Operations Building. Each household can receive a maximum of 10 sandbags, and residents must provide proof of residence.
