{p}It’s official. Residents in Tradition can now carry firearms in common areas after an HOA policy was challenged by Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier. In a June 10 letter posted on the attorney general’s X account, the Tradition Community Association said, “Following the receipt of your correspondence, the association’s board of directors further reviewed the matter and has voted to rescind the rule regarding carry of weapons in common areas. Accordingly, the association will not enforce the rule.” (WPEC) {/p}
