TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A celebration of Caribbean culture with island cuisine, storytelling, and live music is returning to the Capital City!
It’s the third annual Caribbean Heritage Music Festival.
Edward J. Lloyd, a featured artist, and Jan DeCosmo joined our Ava Van Valen in the studio on Thursday to discuss the upcoming festival.

The festival is on Saturday, June 20, with a daytime concert and festival from noon to 4 p.m., and a nighttime concert from 6 to 9 p.m.
