Children rode around Oakland in their custom decorated bikes and scooters for the second annual Healthy West Orange’s annual summer bike parade Thursday, June 11.
Orange County Library System’s Nathaly Ruiz led the parade in the library’s mobile bike library while parents happily watched their children enjoy the outdoors.
Vendors — including homemade food and beverages — also lined the West Orange trail.
