An investigation was underway in Sunrise after a woman was struck and killed by a vehicle on Saturday, police said.
According to Sunrise Police, the woman was crossing the roadway in the 10200 block of W. Commercial Boulevard when a gray SUV that was traveling westbound hit her.
The woman was taken to the Broward Health Medical Center for treatment and later pronounced dead.
Her identity wasn’t released.
Police said the incident remains under investigation.
