FORT PIERCE — In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, the St. Lucie County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office is inviting couples to say “I Do” during its special Red, White & I Do marriage ceremony event taking place Monday, June 29 through Thursday, July 2, 2026.

This patriotic wedding celebration offers couples a unique opportunity to begin their next chapter while commemorating a historic milestone in our nation’s history. Whether couples are planning an intimate ceremony or simply looking for a memorable way to make their marriage official, Red, White & I Do combines love, liberty, and lasting memories.

“America’s 250th anniversary is a once-in-a-generation celebration,” said Clerk Michelle R. Miller. “We’re excited to offer couples a meaningful and memorable way to celebrate both their love story and our nation’s history.”

Couples participating in the event will receive a marriage ceremony performed by the Clerk’s Office and will have the opportunity to add photography services to capture their special day.

Couples interested in participating are encouraged to obtain their marriage license and schedule their ceremony in advance, as appointment availability may be limited.
