A person was hit by a car in a reported pedestrian crash in Durham.
Just before 11 p.m., Durham police responded to North Miami Boulevard near Braxton Lane. They found one vehicle sitting near the intersection and a person lying in the road.
The individual was rushed to the hospital, and their condition is still unclear.
Officers investigated for hours while the road was closed. All lanes reopened shortly before 4 a.m.
There is no word if the driver will face any charges.
