Port St Lucie police investigate death of woman, 23, found on Interstate 95, FHP says

Port St. Lucie police are investigating the death of a 23-year-old woman from Fort Pierce, the Florida Highway Patrol reported Nov. 2

An FHP report did not identify the woman, whose body was found in the roadway of northbound Interstate 95, just north of Gatlin Boulevard in St. Lucie County, at 1:07 a.m. Nov. 1.

Northbound Interstate 95 was closed for several hours during an initial investigation, with traffic diverted to Becker Road at mile marker 114.
