Couples Retreat actor Faizon Love was arrested in Florida and is facing contempt charges, online jail records show.

On Tuesday, June 16, the actor and comedian, 58, was arrested in Hillsborough County, Fla., and booked into a Tampa jail. TMZ was the first to report his arrest.

Court records show that Tiffany Lee reopened a declaration-of-paternity case on June 11 involving Love, though it is unclear what connection, if any, the matter has to Love’s arrest.

He is being held on no bond.

Love, who lives in California, is also known for his role in Elf with Will Ferrell.
