Oxford Place, a new family-owned restaurant, has opened in Jacksonville’s Ortega Village, transforming a 103‑year‑old historic building into a welcoming upscale‑casual dining spot. The Browns, who previously operated a fine-dining restaurant in Nashville and operate two Bold Birds Nashville Hot Chicken restaurants in Jacksonville, sought to balance elevated cuisine with a relaxed atmosphere. After extensive renovations, the restored landmark has reopened to strong neighborhood support.
