Tallahassee music skies are opening wide this fall for Greensky Bluegrass.
Scott Carswell Presents announced June 15 on moonevents.com that the bluegrass forward group would be coming to The Moon for a show on Nov. 8. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and showtime is 7:30 p.m.

Fan presales are underway and public tickets go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 20. P1 Reserved Tickets are $62.94; P2 Reserved Tickets are $44.56 and P3 General Admission is $38.82.
“Wow… this is a big one,” Carswell said in an email, noting that fan club allotment tickets were selling quickly.
Greensky Bluegrass formed in 2000 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The quintet — Anders Beck (dobro), Michael Arlen Bont (banjo), Dave Bruzza (guitar), Mike Devol (upright bass), and Paul Hoffman (mandolin) — have developed into a phenomenon on their own terms with the support of a devout audience.

They’ve also earned critical acclaim from Billboard, Parade, NPR, and Rolling Stone who hailed them as “representing the genre for a whole new generation.”
Greensky Bluegrass will play The Moon in Tallahassee on Nov. 8, 2026.
Rolling back and forth across North America on successive tours, they recently sold out 3 nights at Red Rocks, a feat unheard of in their genre. Greensky Bluegrass aptly named their most recent album from last year “XXV.”
“We just can’t wait to play shows, hug our friends, and play music with other musicians we love and respect,” Hoffman says on the band’s website. “Besides, we’ve got 13 new songs to add to the setlist!”
