WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — Police arrested a man from Florida on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, after allegations surfaced that he was stalking a female employee of a national discount store.

LOCAL CRIME: New York man jailed in Wichita Falls for online solicitation

Camden Joel Neville, 38, of Brevard County, Florida, was booked into the Wichita County Jail on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, and charged with stalking. As of the publication of this story, he remains in custody on a $50,000 bond.

According to court documents, officers with the Wichita Falls Police Department responded to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, after receiving a call from an employee who requested to file a police report for stalking.

Officers said that the victim told them that a man would come into the store and “track her down, follow her, and watch her for a lengthy amount of time.” The victim said it had been happening for about a month, and it only happened while she was working.

According to the affidavit, the victim told police that while the man was following her, he would put his hands into his pockets and touch himself. The victim said she felt “threatened, terrified, harassed, and fear of bodily injury or death.”

LOCAL CRIME: Woman charged with indecent exposure in Spudder Park

Officers said they were able to review security footage from Ollie’s. They said they observed a male subject walking around the store and looking up, apparently to see where the store’s security cameras were.

Police said the security footage they reviewed corroborated the victim’s statement. They said they also observed him take out his cell phone to apparently take a picture of the victim.

According to the affidavit, the victim was able to identify the subject as Neville with absolute certainty.

An internet search of Neville revealed he’d previously been arrested in Brevard County, Florida, in April 2023 and charged with disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance.
