OSBI release names of deceased in OIS at Miami
MIAMI, Okla. (KOAM/KJFX) — The OSBI have released names of those deceased in the I-44 OIS (officer involved shooting).
Lexi Lanaye Scheets, 35, of Willard, Mo.Jason Mathew Moore, 48, of Columbia, Mo.
Three Miami Police officers have been placed on administrative leave since the shooting at the Oklahoma Welcome Center near 314 mile marker.
UPDATE: I-44 reopened about 6 p.m. to all traffic in Missouri and Oklahoma.
Hunter McKee, OSBI, once again tells us there is no indication this was a hostage situation.
The investigation remains ongoing.
