Surveillance video captured the moment when a woman got out of a car and was assaulted by a man in Miami Springs.
According to Miami Springs Police, the incident happened on Thursday morning.
In the surveillance video, the woman was seen getting out of the car when a man got out, started assaulting her, forced her back into the car and then drove to a nearby hotel.
Police said that the woman was able to escape, and officers responded after she accidentally triggered an emergency call with her phone.
Five hours later, police arrested 31-year-old Christian Lopez, who was out on felony bond.
Lopez faces several new charges, including battery and kidnapping.
