This week, members of the Rotary Club of Key Biscayne traveled to Taipei, Taiwan, for the 2026 Rotary International Convention, a global gathering that brought more than 30,000 Rotary members from 120 countries to the Taipei Dome and the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center (TaiNEX).
After connecting with fellow Rotarians from around the world, the Key Biscayne delegation took time to see the sights and scan a copy of the Islander as a reminder of home.
Opened in 2023, the Taipei Dome is a state-of-the-art, multipurpose stadium in Taipei’s Xinyi District. Primarily designed for baseball, it also hosts major concerts, cultural events and other sporting competitions.
