Coast Guard rescues two men drifting in open ocean without life jackets

The U.S. Coast Guard rescued two men Sunday morning after they reportedly drifted away from their vessel near Caesar Creek, four miles east of Elliot Key in Biscayne Bay.No injuries were reported. Crew members aboard the tug vessel Allie B notified Coast Guard Sector Miami at approximately 7:30 a.m., reporting two individuals drifting offshore without life jackets.
