TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA)— An actor best known for his roles in “Elf” and “Couples Retreat” was arrested in Tampa.
Faizon Love, 58, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with contempt of court and criminal contempt of court, according to arrest records.

According to court records, a declaration-of-paternity case was reopened on June 11 that involved Love, but it is unclear if it is connected to his arrest.
Love is being held at the Hillsborough County Jail on no bond.
