Miami drivers are continuing to get relief at the pump, with average gasoline prices falling 20.5 cents per gallon over the past week.

According to GasBuddy’s survey of 1,690 stations in Miami, the average price of regular gasoline now stands at $3.69 per gallon.

Prices across the Miami metropolitan area are 78.2 cents per gallon lower than a month ago but remain 61.8 cents higher than they were a year ago.

According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in Miami was selling regular gasoline for $3.09 per gallon on Sunday. The most expensive prices in the area were found on Key Biscayne, where both gas stations continued to charge $5.49 per gallon for regular gasoline.

Nationally, the average price of gasoline fell 14.1 cents per gallon over the last week, averaging $3.85 per gallon.

“Average gasoline prices declined in nearly every state over the last week,” said Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy.
